Great info in here and plain language explanations. I would’ve loved more detail on social media, growing your customer base, and photography. Those are areas I struggle with the most.

….with this woman owned business!! I researched a lot of companies to order candles as a favor for my nieces bridal shower guests. While shopping on the site I had an issue trying to put the items in the cart. I utilized the chat option and although it was after hours, Shelby responded rather quickly and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. She corrected the issue rather quickly for me! We had a pleasant conversation and I knew that I had to move forward with the purchase due to the excellent customer service I received. Soon after the order was placed, Shelby sent an email to have me proofread the labels before fulfilling the order. My order arrived rather quickly and the packaging was so pretty & professional looking! I can’t wait to hear all of the compliments at the shower.
